mickey/rap anniversary (2015) acrylic on found wood, guerilla installation, 2 hours ig post

On the one year anniversary of the release of the Rap LP, Shirt left a 4 x 4ft Rap work, and a 6ft tall Damien Hirst Mickey, both haevy wood works on Bowery Street in NYC. It marked the first time the rapper had publicly displayed the appropriated Damien Hirst painting. Shirt later received word that the works lasted only a couple hours before a friend of a friend rented a truck and had the pieces picked up and brought to storage. The whereabouts of these original works at this time are unknown.
